🥒 Tzatziki
A refreshing yogurt, cucumber, and herb sauce
Ingredients
- 250 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 50 grams mayonaise
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1-2 persian cucumbers seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 5 grams minced fresh parsley
- 3 grams MSG
- 15-20g Water or milk
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Use water or milk to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
Notes
Try to do this a head of time because it gets better after sitting for an hour or two.
