🥒 Tzatziki

A refreshing yogurt, cucumber, and herb sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 50 grams mayonaise
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1-2 persian cucumbers seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 5 grams minced fresh parsley
  • 3 grams MSG
  • 15-20g Water or milk

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Use water or milk to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.

Notes

Try to do this a head of time because it gets better after sitting for an hour or two.
